Job details-

Accountant:
• Planning - Budgetary allocation of all the major expenses- well forecast in a realistic manner and within defined timelines.
• Making sure outstanding fee is received within specified time.
• Timely collection and deposit of income from other sources.
• Conformance to Budgetary allocations within Major Budget heads and timely booking in the ERP.
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Monthly reconciliation of student strength and students using transport.
• Vendor reconciliation
• Ensure Statutory compliance (TDS, ESI, PF, Professional Tax) within the defined timeline

IT Executive:
• Supporting Corporate IT Team during upgradation, troubleshooting and maintenance activities
• Coordinating during in-house technical support activities like installation, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop PCs, Laptops, printers, scanners and other network devices
• Monitoring the functioning of CCTV cameras and other security devices and take actions when required
• Conducting effective vendor management for various IT procurement activities

Admin Supervisor :
• Dealing with the parents
• Managing physical infrastructure / facilities / assets
• Maintenance of school records
• Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighbouring Societies.
• Administrative arrangements of various school programmes, Annual Excursions & Field Visits.

Job Details:To take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase & Procurement, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, MEP, Housekeeping, Transport, Canteen, Communication (IT / Technology), Events, Liaison - of all Schools & Corporate Office.Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.
